Mrs. Nancy Huston Hansen Mrs. Nancy Huston Hansen serves as Chairman and CEO of Capstone, bringing more than four decades of leadership and knowledge of ministries operating in the Philadelphia region and beyond. As a vice president and director of The Huston Foundation, she has been immersed in the world of ministry leadership and philanthropy. She has served as a board member with many ministries, including Mercy Medical Airlift, Esperanza Health Center, Hi-Kidz International, Inner-City Movement, Resources for Better Families, Mission Media Ministries, Good News Communications, among others. This vast experience has led Mrs. Hansen to establish Capstone Legacy Foundation as an innovative and effective initiative to meet the needs of donors, ministries, and communities.

Mr. Bradley Adams serves Capstone as a Strategic Business Development Consultant to Capstone. He spent over 25 years working on Wall Street, managing private wealth for both individual and institutional clients. His relational style of business development has led him to consulting engagements in the financial, health care and architectural industries. His desire to serve the Lord in a more direct fashion has led him to work with Capstone.

Mr. Sam Harrell is Director of Programs and Compliance at Capstone Legacy Foundation and is a sought after consultant on matters of nonprofit organizational development and excellence. Sam directs capacity building programs locally and nationally focused on having Christian-based community service organizations achieve increased viability, fundability, accountability and sustainability for their social serving missions. He also managed the highly regarded grant program, Capital and Capacity for Economic Recovery at Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), providing capacity building grants in the 5-county Philadelphia region and facilitating training and technical assistance in matters of finance and capital structure. His career has been rich with successful posts in strategic positions within the nonprofit sector, including service as a senior executive at the Urban Affairs Coalition, Senior Program Officer at Public/Private Ventures, Vice President for Community Relations at the Zoe Life Enrichment Foundation and Senior Program Manager for the Faith-Based Community Economic Development Initiative at the National Congress for Community Economic Development. He is author of the book, Guide to Starting a Workforce Development Program, and former adjunct professor in Eastern University’s Masters of Nonprofit Management.
